Target offering 16GB iPad Air for $479, discounts and gift cards for some iPods

Reminder: Target’s guaranteed $200 trade-in value for any iPad promotion is scheduled to end on 11/9. For example, you can get a new iPad mini for $74 after trading in a first generation 16GB WiFi iPad and using the $25 Target gift card included with your purchase.

In time for the holiday season Target is promoting its gadget trade-in-program and discounts for Apple products. Their trade in program allows you to trade in iPhones, iPods, or iPads to receive a Target gift card for use towards the purchase of a new device. To be eligible to participate in the trade in program, the device must power on and be in working condition without any broken components. Target is also offering the iPad Air starting at $479 for the 16GB Wi-Fi model. From November 3rd to the 9th, there will be a special promotional trade in value for any iPad starting at a minimum of $200. It must power on and the screen must not be cracked or damaged. After the 9th, customers can still use Target’s trade in program to receive up to a $300 credit by trading in any iPad.

Target is still selling the iPad 4th-generation with Retina Display starting at $449 for the 16GB model with Wi-Fi. This offer includes receiving a $40 Target gift card. The 16 GB Wi-Fi iPad Mini is actually available at Target for $299 as opposed to $329.99 like the circular above shows. Plus you will receive a $25 Target gift card.

Target is also throwing in a $10 Target gift card when you purchase the Apple TV at $99.99.

Target’s trade-in-program also supports all iPod models except the iPod shuffle. You can use the trade-in credit towards a new iPod. The fifth generation 32 GB iPod Touch is on sale for $295 (normally $299) plus you receive a $25 Target gift card. The 16 GB iPod nano is on sale for $145 (normally $149) plus you receive a $15 Target gift card.
