Adobe offers free downloads of its Adobe Creative Suite Premium Plus for Windows or Mac. (You must have an Adobe account to download this software; membership is free.) That’s the lowest total price we could find. Included programs are Photoshop CS2, Photoshop Elements 4.0/5.0, Creative Suite 2, GoLive CS2, Illustrator CS2, InCopy CS2, InDesign CS2, and more.

Note that this software was released in 2005, so there will be significant compatibility issues with newer operating systems.
