Who’s behind all of this?

The Productivity Pack is the joint creation of your favorite productivity services: Pocket, Wunderlist, LastPass, and Evernote. We’re super excited to team up and give you a truly great deal on our Premium and Pro services, with an added bonus from the New York Times!

How can I redeem my purchase?

After purchasing The Productivity Pack, you will be presented with redemption codes for each service and can redeem them in one click. If you are not a member of a service you will be able to sign up when you redeem your code. These codes will also be emailed to you.

Can I buy multiple Productivity Packs for myself or give them as gifts?

Yes, you’re more than welcome to purchase The Productivity Pack as a gift! If you don’t want to take advantage of a particular upgrade, you’re welcome to share it with your friends. However, please note that only one redemption code can be used per account for each service.

I already have a Premium or Pro subscription for any of these services. Can I still take advantage of The Productivity Pack?

Yes! You can still take advantage of this bundle, even if you already subscribe. Your additional year will take effect once your current paid period ends. Sweet!

If you are an existing subscriber and have made your purchase through iTunes or Google Play, it is very important that you disable auto-renewal for your subscription on iTunes or Google Play to avoid being charged for two active subscriptions on your account.

Here’s how to manage your subscription in iTunes and manage your subscription in Google Play.

Please note that the bonus New York Times All Digital Access subscription is only available to new NYTimes subscribers, but will make a great gift if you already subscribe and want to spread the love.

Do the redemption codes expire? Can I get a refund?

Please be sure to redeem your upgrades no later than March 13, 2015. After that date, they will no longer be accepted.

We’re sorry, but we will not be issuing refunds for Productivity Pack purchases.
