iPhone 7 deals: Get a free 32GB iPhone 7 or up to $650 off w/ trade-in, $100 off 256GB models, more

It’s iPhone 7 pre-order day and all the carriers are offering promotions that will let you get a discount on your new device.

The iPhone 7 usually starts at $649 for the entry-level 32GB 4.7-inch iPhone 7 models, but all major carriers including T-Mobile, Sprint, AT&T, and Verizon are offering a free 32GB iPhone 7 with trade-in promo.

Sprint is also offering $100 off the 256GB model for online orders, effectively getting you the highest-capacity iPhone 7 model for the price of the 128GB model.

Here’s how it works:

T-Mobile: Free 32GB iPhone 7 or up to $650 off. If you trade in an iPhone 6 or newer in working order, T-Mobile will give you $650 in monthly bill credits over 24 months on their installment plans for both new and existing customers. That will get you the entry-level 32GB iPhone 7 for free at $649, or take off up to $650 another model. You’ll have to pay off any remaining installments on your current device if you’re an existing customer before trading in.

Sprint: Much like T-Mobile, Sprint is offering the same free 32GB iPhone 7 or equivalent value with a trade-in of an eligible iPhone 6, iPhone 6 Plus, iPhone 6s, iPhone 6s Plus, Samsung Galaxy S7, Samsung Galaxy S7 edge. You’ll get the discount back in 24 monthly installments bill credits, and you’ll need to own the device you’re trading in or pay it off first.

Get $100 256GB models. In addition to the deal above, Sprint is offering the 256GB Phone 7 for $100 off, essentially getting you a free storage upgrade to 256GB for the same price as the 128GB model.

Get a free 32GB iPhone 7 if you switch to Sprint. This deal requires switching from over from an active AT&T, Verizon or T-Mobile account and signing up for Sprint’s 50% off promos that gives you half off your old plan for a limited time for switching.

Verizon: Up to $650 off iPhone 7 with trade-in. Matching the T-Mobile and Sprint deal, Verizon will also give up to $650 off iPhone 7 models with an eligible trade-in of an iPhone 6, iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus in good condition. Like the rest, you’ll need to stay on one of its monthly payment plans for two years.

AT&T: Not to be left out, AT&T is joining in the trade-in promo gang with up to $650 in monthly bill credits when you get an iPhone 7 on AT&T Next with a minimum $50 month payment. It’s also offering its $650 switcher credit and up to $650 in bill credits for New and existing DIRECTV or AT&T U-verse customers that add a new line from another carrier.  Here’s the AT&T fine print.
