Games/Apps: Mortal Kombat X LE $29, Resident Evil 6 PS4 $17, Nyko PS4 Charge Station $12, freebies, more

(Update): We still have discounted Best Buy gift cards (among others), which can be a great way to get even deeper deals on games (especially alongside a GCU membership).

In today’s best game/app deals, GameStop is offering Mortal Kombat X Limited Edition for $28.97 shipped. Just be sure to use code SAVER at checkout to receive the free shipping. Today’s deal is the best we can find, $1 more than Amazon’s price on the standard version and $7 less than the XL version that comes with most of the same extras. This version of the game comes with the “Iconic Guest Characters, Klassic MK Kombatants, Themed Skin Pack, Kold War Scorpion Skin (GameStop Exclusive), Exclusive Key Art”.

Amazon is also offering Resident Evil 6 on Playstation 4 for $16.53 Prime shipped. That’s nearly 20% below the regular asking price and the lowest Amazon has offered it for. “Starting with four distinct, yet interwoven story threads, for either solo or co-op play, both offline and online, not only does Resident Evil 6 deliver both different perspectives and gameplay styles”

Moving over to hardware, Nyko Modular Controller Charge Station (Black) for PlayStation 4 is down to $11.98 Prime shipped. That’s almost half the price and a slightly more tidy option over typical chargers. It carries a 4+ star rating from over 340 Amazon customers.

We also have the Logitech G920 Driving Force Racing Wheel + Logitech G Driving Force Shifter Bundle for $280.53 shipped. That’s the lowest Amazon has ever offered it for and the best price we can find. And lastly, the Corsair KATAR Gaming Mouse (8000 DPI) for Prime members only at $24.99 Prime shipped (Reg. $30+).

Aspyr is running a large sale on Mac games right now on both the Mac App Store and Steam in celebration of its 20th Birthday. You’ll want to go for the Steam sale in most cases, as the prices appear to be a little lower. There is everything from Star Wars titles, to Borderlands, BioShock and more. The latest Free App of the Week is right here, the Hitman Essentials iOS bundle (GO & Sniper) is still $1 right now ($8 value) and Lara Croft Go is now down at $1 as well (Reg. $5). You’ll find the rest of today’s best iOS/Mac deals below.
