Rimac’s Greyp G12H electric bike offers 150 miles of range at an affordable price per charge

We’re big fans of electric bikes here at 9to5Toys. Over the past year, there have been more and more new designs popping up as alternative transportation continues to build in popularity. But today, we may have found the coolest eBike yet. Rimac’s new Greyp G12H has a stunning design that blends sports car looks with a mountain bike frame. Its standout feature? The G12H can cover up to 150 miles on a single fill-up thanks to its 3kWh battery.

A full-charge of the internal power supply will run you around 36 cents. That means a simple 5 mile commute would cost just a few pennies. Unfortunately, we don’t have a final cost at this time but the company’s comparable G12S model runs just under $10,000. Despite potential heavy up-front costs, there is real opportunity for savings in the long run over traditional transportation. Head over to our coverage at Electrek for a more in-depth look and commentary on this new release. Don’t forget to check out the new Leafboard too, which is dubbed the “lightest and most affordable” electric skateboard on the market.

Our focus wasn’t only on the electric part of the equation. All mechanical components are engineered for demanding use over many years – it can withstand jumps, downhill rides and rough surfaces while still maintaining a comfortable ride and flawless function of all components.
