Minecraft Story Mode goes free for the first time on iOS & Android (Reg. $5)

Telltale is now offering the iOS version of Minecraft: Story Mode for free. Regularly $5, this is the first time we have seen the game go completely free on the App Store since it was released about a year ago.

Android gamers are also in luck. Google Play is now offering Minecraft Story Mode for free as well.

The console version is down to below $20 shipped for Prime members on Amazon and you can read more about how to get the free Story Mode skins Mojang dropped a few months back.

In this five part episodic series, you’ll embark on a perilous adventure across the Overworld, through the Nether, to the End, and beyond. You and your friends revere the legendary Order of the Stone: Warrior, Redstone Engineer, Griefer, and Architect; slayers of the Ender Dragon.
