Top items to always keep in your gym bag for workouts

The beginning of summer is a great time to make new fitness goals, but it’s also often a tough time to get yourself to the gym. I’m sure this has happened to many of you. I get to the gym ready to workout, only to find that I’ve forgotten something that’s essential. Keep reading to find great pieces to always keep in your gym bag.

It’s extremely easy to talk yourself out of a workout for so many reasons. I know how great exercise is for my body, but sometimes I need a little extra push to get me out of the house and to the gym.
