When it comes to charging multiple devices, honestly, I normally just give up and throw the tangled cables into my bag with a 6 port USB charging hub. I mean, I have a decent dock for my iPhone 7+ and Apple Watch that has a USB to charge my iPad, and there are many of those options available on Amazon. But there’s a new kid on the block, and OS Power Box brings something else to the table; a USB Type-C 60W charger and the ability to fold flat for travel.

One of the first things that any new Panasonic GH5 owner should invest in is a set of extra batteries. The GH-series of cameras have always had good battery life with the included stock battery, but as we noted in our hands-on overview of the camera, the GH5 is a tad more power-hungry than its predecessors.

In my experience, some of the third-party battery options that I’ve tried haven’t been nearly as good as official stock batteries, but Newmowa’s battery doesn’t fit this mold. I find that it actually performs just as well as the official stock Panasonic battery included with my Lumix GH5. expand full story

Samsung Galaxy S8 and S8+ are two of the best phones you can buy today, but they don’t pack the best battery life, especially in the case of the smaller S8. Both should get most people through a day, but that’s about it. Thankfully, Mophie has a solution with its new battery cases for both phones.

While cases provide protection for our devices, many use the accessories as a means of personalizing their smartphones. A recently launched Indiegogo campaign brings us the NuAns Neo Reloaded which fully embodies this sentiment, and is built from the ground up with customization in mind. The phone seeks to stand out from the competition not by offering a superior camera or other specs, but by providing a distinct look and feel.

You may have heard of loss-prevention products like the Tile Mate or the Tile Slim. Inventions like these are meant to help the average person keep tabs on personal items like keys, wallets, or bags.

We all know the painful feeling of realizing that your iPhone battery is set to die. As Jerry Seinfeld says, it feels like you’re dying. Ok, maybe it’s not that bad. But still, no one wants to be in that situation. Apple tries to cure those woes with its official $99 battery case but that’s a rather expensive add-on. In response, Anker is looking to ease your power struggles with its new PowerCore Case for iPhone 7.

There are a few intriguing aspects to this MFi-certified case, including its silicone casing and a unique charging solution. Best of all, it comes in at a significant discount over Apple’s official option.

Kanex has been cranking out nifty portable Apple Watch charging solutions for over a year now. At CES next week, the brand will be showing off two new accessories: one for home and another for travel. First up is the GoPower Watch Stand that mirrors similar add-ons from Belkin and others. This all-in-one nightstand solution has a built-in charging puck plus an additional USB port on the backside for charging your iPhone (or other device). This is a nice touch that isn’t always included on competitor’s stands.

Along those same lines, Kanex is also introducing a new portable charging solution called the GoPower Watch Mini. This keychain battery system has a 1000mAh battery and isn’t much bigger than the built-in magnetic charging puck. Apple Watch users will be able to fully charge their wearable one time, making this a perfect solution for one-night stays away from home. There is a small LED indicator on the side that relays how much internal power remains. The GoPower Watch Mini is reminiscent of keychain-style MFi Lightning cables that became popular shortly after the connector was announced.

Final pricing and availability has yet to be announced. We fully expect to receive additional details at CES next week.

Belkin has announced a new portable all-in-one charging solution for Apple Watch and your other devices. The Valet Charger Power Pack features an internal 6700mAh battery that will refuel your wearable up to eight times. It has a built-in magnetic puck – just like the one your Apple Watch came with – that simplifies your power setup out on the road. The aluminum casing has a full-size USB port, microUSB port and an LED display on one end with a logo on the opposite side.

Belkin’s newest release is reminiscent of the Nomad Pod Pro for iPhone & Apple Watch. For comparison, the Valet has a slightly larger battery (6700 vs 6000mAh) but also costs $20 more ($80 vs $100), which is likely due to the bundled charging puck. Both offer aluminum casings, but we’d have to give Nomad the edge on design (full review here). No matter, Belkin is a well-known brand name and its new Valet charger is bound to be a notable option for frequent travelers. Its compact footprint should fit in just about any bag and sure beats carrying multiple cables plus a wall charger. The Belkin Valet Charger Power Pack is currently listed for $99.99.
