Amazon will put its recently launched Black Friday Deals store to good use when it kicks off 8 straight days of holiday deals this Friday. In addition to new deals hitting “as often as every five minutes” throughout the duration of the promo, Amazon will also up the number of Gold Box Deals of the Day to 10 on Thanksgiving and Black Friday.

Amazon-Mobile-App Prime members (free trial) will once again have a 30-minute head start on most of the limited-time Lightning deals. However, if you want access to every deal Amazon has to offer this year, you’ll need to use the Amazon Mobile Shopping App for iOS, Android, and Fire OS. More than 150 Lighting Deals will be available on a daily basis exclusively through the app from 3pm PT to 11pm PT beginning on Thanksgiving. You can now choose to be notified by a mobile notification when specific deals go live with the new “Watch A Deal” feature.

Amazon has officially shifted into holiday mode. After recently sharing its Holiday Toy List, the online retail giant has opened the doors to its Black Friday Deals store and shared its Electronics Holiday Gift Guide.

The Black Friday Deals store, which is currently headlined by the Gold Box Deals of the Day, puts all of Amazon’s best current deals in one central location. You can expect to see price drops across a range of product categories including electronics, toys, clothing, jewelry, and kitchen. Prime members (free trial) will have a 30-minute head-start on more than 30,000 Lightning deals right up until Christmas. Amazon Warehouse Deals on open-box and pre-owned items have also received the Black Friday treatment. In addition to a season-long focus on deals, Amazon will turn Black Friday and Cyber Monday into week-long events.
