expiredAmazon Gold Box – Up to 65% off Complete TV Series: Family Ties $100, Beverly Hills 90210 $125, more

One of the Amazon Gold Box Deals of the Day is up to 65% off classic TV Show Box sets. My pick from this selection would have to be the Collectors Edition of Family Ties on DVD for $99.99. If you’re too young to remember, it was Michael J. Fox’s break through roll as Alex P. Keaton (also the role that landed him the Back to the Future trilogy) and the series aired from 1982-1989. The collectors edition includes an episode guide for every episode and has pictures of the cast and crew throughout the show.

Here are the other TV series on sale at Amazon today:

Speaking of the Back to the Future trilogy, commemorating the 30th anniversary of its release, all three films from the trilogy are being re-released on Blu-ray and DVD. The collection also features all 26 episodes of Back to the Future: The Animated Series, as well as a 64-page book titled Back to the Future: A Visual History, with collectible light-up flux capacitor packaging. You can pre-order the complete trilogy for $69.99 from Best Buy. That’s $20 less than our previous mention in July and the lowest we’ve seen.

You can also stream the trilogy from Amazon Prime.

Update 10/1 9:40AM: The trilogy is now available for streaming on Amazon Prime.

It’s hard to believe that 30 years has passed since the first Back to the Future film hit theaters. Not only are we celebrating 30 years since the film was first released, but this October 21st is the the exact day in the future that Doc and Marty travel to in the second movie. To mark this special occasion of this now classic film, the Back to the Future trilogy will be exclusively streamed from Amazon Prime Video for a limited run starting October 1st. expand full story

Evidently over-the-top movie inspired car iPhone cases are all the rage right now. We already spotted a Batmobile look-alike and today we’ve come across a Delorean iPhone case that would make Doc Brown jealous. Much like Marty McFly’s Nikes, Crazy Case has spared no details with this replica, even including lights and wires that light up when a call comes in. The price isn’t too bad either but getting ahold of one may be the difficult part…

Head below for a video, pricing and how to get it here in the States.
