I’ve only recently been introduced to Growlers, those 64-oz bottles that you can take your favorite yummy beer home in. But it turns out that you can also buy really well made, insulated versions of these bottles for the price of a night out drinking.

Amazon and Dick’s have the Stanley Classic Vacuum Insulated Growler for $25 shipped. That’s half off of retail and about $20 less than we typically see.  This gets nutty 4.8/5 star reviews. Note price varies by color – green is $25 at Amazon.

At home brewing has seen a resurgence over the last couple of years. As do-it-yourself shops and craft breweries have popped up around the country, interest in homebrewing has skyrocketed. Slip Cup Beer Pong inserts keep your balls clean and your cups full

We’ve all been there: you throw that perfect shot and *bloop* the beer goes everywhere. A new Kickstarter campaign has your next beer pong game in its sights, well actually, your next game in September.

Slip Cup is a small insert that slides into party cups, providing a safety net to stop dirty ping pong balls from landing in or knocking over your beer.

It fits snug against the rim of 16 and 18 ounce cups, barely decreasing the opening for the ball to land below the rim. A pledge of $5 will deliver 20-inserts. Slip Cups creators also go in to detail about new cup layouts and game styles, but the point is: less spilled beer. Which is something we can all get behind. Interested in upping your game? Checkout Amazon’s ample supply of Beer Pong accessories.

Molson, the well-known Canadian beer company is teaming up with Google on a rather interesting new marketing project. Leveraging Google’s translation/speech recognition software, Molson has built a special, one-of-a-kind fridge that only opens when you say just the right thing to it. The fridge isn’t for sale or mass produced, instead it will be placed out in public and filled with free beer for the taking. However, it’ll be a little more difficult than “Open Sesame” to get your hands on it: expand full story
