Cartwheel Stories February 23, 2015

Target has dropped its free shipping threshold down to $25 making it one of the best places to order small items from. By meeting the minimum order limit, Target customers will receive free 3-5 business day shipping as well as free returns on all orders. They also have free in-store pick up which is another advantage over some online retailers you have a local store. In comparison, Best Buy and Amazon offer free shipping on orders of $35+, while Walmart takes off the fee at $50+.

Target has upped its online offerings in recent years, with programs such as Cartwheel handing out discounts and its REDcard bringing additional 5% savings plus free shipping on all purchases. Much like Amazon, Target has a subscription service for some goods which also allows you to schedule delivery and save 5% on eligible orders.

Head over to Target’s shipping hub for more details on this change.

expiredGet 15% off iPad Air 2 at Target stores

Through tomorrow, Target offers 15% off iPad Air 2. According to the CartWheel coupon, 16/64/128GB iPads are included, but it doesn’t mention WiFi and WiFi + Cellular models. Although, it’s pretty safe to assume WiFi is included, which means you can get a 16GB iPad Air 2 for as low as $424.15.

If you’re looking for a WiFI + Cellular model then I’d say it’s worth heading down to your local Target and trying the coupon. This is the best current iPad Air 2 price.

To redeem this deal, visit this Target Cartwheel page and click add, you’ll then be prompted to login with either a Target, Facebook or Google account. It is important to note that this offer is valid in-store only, but you’ll have to claim it on Cartwheel first. REDcard holders can save an additional 5%.

Looking for an iPad mini or first generation iPad Air? You can save $50 on both at Best Buy.

expiredSave 15% on electronics at Target stores: Sonos, GoPro, Beats, Nest, FitBit, iPads, more

Update (7/14 9:00am): Expires today!

For two days only (July 13th/14th), Target stores via the Cartwheel app offer 15% off (nearly) any electronic product. This includes rarely discounted items like Sonos wireless speakers, Nest home automation, GoPro action camera, and FitBit fitness-tracking wristbands.

There’s only two minor catches with this promo. First, you can only take advantage of this discount in Target stores and not online at Target.com. Secondly, the following exclusions apply: Bose, DSLR camera, pre-paid cards & installation & service plans. That’s a pretty minor exclusions list for a product category as sweeping as “electronics.”

You can either download the Target Cartwheel app to present the coupon digitally or you can sign-in through the website and print a hard copy to bring to a Target store. As always, REDcard holders can save an additional 5%.
