In today’s best game/app deals, as part of its Deals of the Day, Best Buy is offering the Disney Infinity: 3.0 Edition Starter Pack on PS4, Xbox One and Wii U for just $29.99 with in-store pickup or free shipping on orders over $35. Even with the additional shipping fee, you’re still way under the $50+ Amazon is charging. Today’s deal is the best we can find, at minimum $8 under the Amazon all-time low and the best we can find.

Amazon’s 20% off pre-orders and new releases is still in full swing for Prime members. Early deals can be had on loads of upcoming titles including No Man’s SkyBattlebornStar Fox Zero + Star Fox Guard, Tales from the Borderlands and many more

In today’s best game/apps deals, Best Buy is offering the Disney Infinity: 3.0 Edition Starter Pack on all platforms for $39.99 shipped right now. This same deal can be had on Best Buy’s official eBay Store. While we did see the PS4 version go for a few dollars less over the holidays, this is the current best price for all platforms by $10+ and matching the lowest we have tracked on Wii U.

The official Nintendo eBay Store offers great deals on new and factory refurbished Nintendo games/hardware. Right now you can pickup a factory refurbished 2DS handheld console for just $60 shipped in blue or red (Orig. $130 new), but act fast if you’re interested as stock is going quick. And don’t forget, Amazon is still offering the new Nintendo 3DS XL at its lowest price yet.

Walmart still has the lowest price on the Xbox One White 500GB Gears of War Special Edition Console Bundle for $299.96 shipped (Reg. $350) right now and Microsoft has now dropped a slew of new Xbox One bundles including a Rainbow Six Siege option and more.

We also spotted EA’s FIFA 16 on on Xbox One and PlayStation 4 for $39.99 shipped (recently matched at Walmart), which is also he best price we can find and matching the best we have seen outside of a limited bundle deal.

As for console deals, Walmart is offering the PlayStation 4 Disney Infinity 3.0 Limited Edition Star Wars 500GB Console Bundle for $349 with free in-store pickup (Reg. $449). That’s $100 off and the best price we can find. Best Buy is offering one free game ($60 or less) with the purchase of select Xbox One console bundles.

In today’s best game/apps deals, the recently unveiled Star Wars themed Disney Infinity 3.0 is seeing its first notable price drop today. Toys R Us is offering pre-orders on the Disney Infinity 3.0 Edition Starter Pack on PS4 for $39.99 plus around $6 shipping. Even with the shipping this is $20 under the regular $65 price tag and likely lower than the first discounts we will see after release. Just like pre-orders on Amazon, you get the Disney Infinity 3.0 Toy Box Takeover kit added in for free (unlocks “additional hours of gameplay inside Toy Box 3.0”). For those of you that are still looking to dig into Skylanders Trap Team now that its price has bottomed out, Amazon has it on Wii U and Xbox One for less then $30 Prime shipped today.

Disney Infinity 3.0 Stories May 5, 2015

Disney Infinity 3.0 has been officially revealed with new Star Wars and Avengers Age of Ultron Play Sets

Update (7/8 1:40pm): Disney has now officially revealed a August 30th release date for Disney Infinity 3.0 on PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, Xbox One, Wii U and Windows PC. Pre-orders are now up at most retailers including Amazon and you’ll find more details about what will be offered at launch below.

After leaking last week, Disney has now officially revealed Infinity 3.0. This time around featuring Star Wars and Avengers: Age of Ultron characters, the new game is set to launch this fall on PS4, PS3, Xbox One, Xbox 360, iOS, Android, PC and Wii U. There is also a an add-on pack for The Force Awakens coming in the winter as well.

Characters that will appear in the set include Yoda, Luke Skywalker, Princess Leia, Chewbacca, Han Solo, Darth Vader and Darth Maul along with Ahsoka Tano from Clone Wars. As for the Avengers, you can expect to see Utlron, Ironman, Hulkbuster and more.

The initial set for Disney infinity 3.0, known as Twilight of the Republic, will feature Anakin and Ahsoka in their fight to find out who is behind a recent droid outbreak. Another set is called Rise Against the Empire, and will take players through famous scenarios from past films like the battle of Yavin and Luke’s time on Hoth and Tatooine.

Ninja Theory is handling the combat, a developer well known for its melee gameplay mechanics and previously responsible for DMC. Disney has also tapped Sleeping Dogs developer United Front and Sumo Digital for other aspects of the game.
