expiredMake the leap to 4K w/ Dell’s 27-inch LED Ultra HD Monitor for $450 shipped (Reg. $500+)

Update (5/19 3:30pm): Best Buy’s official eBay Store has the LG 27-inch FreeSync 4K Ultra HD Monitor w/ HDMI input (model 27UD68) for $399.99 shipped (Reg. $500). Also available direct

It’s time to upgrade your setup to a 4K display. You’ve been holding out for one reason or another, but today’s the day. Adorama’s eBay Storefront has the Dell 27-inch 4K LED Monitor (model P2715Q) on sale for $449.99 shipped. That’s good for 36% off the original price and $40-$100 less than most online retailers including Amazon.

Why am I so hyped about this monitor? It’s the one that I use every day. The 27-inch display gives plenty of room to work with a 3840 x 2160 resolution. I personally have it in portrait orientation to save a little desk space, which is particularly handy for stacking windows together. It’s loaded with features as well, including DisplayPort 1.2 and multiple USB 3.0 ports (including one powered). Rated 4.1/5 stars by over 550 Amazon customers.

expiredMonitors: Dell 24-inch Widescreen $240 (Reg. $275+), LG 34-inch UltraWide $400 (Reg. $460), more

Update (11/19 3:30pm):

Newegg is offering a pair of deals on top-notch displays for your home computer setup. If you’re in the market for a new monitor or a 2nd option for more real estate, these deals are worth checking out.

First up, the Dell U2415 24-inch Widescreen Monitor for $259.99. Applying coupon code EMCKBKV22 drops the final price to $239.99 with free shipping. That’s good for $160 off the original MSRP, $34 less than Amazon, a match of the lowest price we’ve seen and the best current offering. This “virtually borderless” option provides a 1920 x 1200 workspace with full tilt, swivel and 90-degree rotation. It also has a USB 3.0 hub on the back for “high-speed charging and data transfer”. Rated 4.5/5 stars by over 600 Amazon customers.

Next, the LG 34UM67-P 34-inch UltraWide Monitor can be had for $399.99 with free shipping. This monitor originally retailed for $650, but typically goes for $460 or more at retailers like Amazon. Today’s deal is the lowest price that we’ve seen since it was released back at CES 2015. Features include 2560 x 1080 WFHD resolution, an IPS Panel, one DisplayPort and two HDMI inputs plus LG’s 4-screen split feature. Rated 4.7/5 stars.

If you’re after something a touch more affordable, Newegg also has the LG 23MP47HG 23-inch Widescreen LED Monitor for $99.99 shipped (Reg. $140+).

LG 34-inch UltraWide LED IPS Monitor w/ Thunderbolt $750 shipped (Reg. $1,000)

Newegg offers the LG 34-inch (34UM95) UltraWide LED IPS Monitor w/ Thunderbolt 2 for $999.99. Coupon code EMCANAP72 brings the final price down to $749.99 shipped. This is a savings of $250 off the original price, $165 better than Amazon, $60 better than our Black Friday mention and the lowest that we can currently find it.

The LG 34UM95 features an UltraWide format with a resolution of 3440×1440 that is capable of displaying two inputs at the same time and has built-in 7W speakers. Additionally, it has HDMI, two Thunderbolt 2 and two USB 3.0 inputs. Thunderbolt 2 features speeds that are significantly faster than the previous generation and can handle DisplayPort as well.

This highly-rated monitor was one of our top picks for high-end displays:

The 21:9 widescreen format is truly an experience all its own. It’s essentially like having two 20.5-inch, 5:4, 1720×1440 displays side by side in one 34-inch panel, and LG also has a Screen Split app that works well for easily docking windows side-by-side in various configurations to get the most out of the wide screen while multitasking. It’s great for pro apps that take full advantage of the wider format for timelines and other features, although it feels a bit vertically challenged in comparison to 4K monitors on the list if a horizontal workflow isn’t your thing.

With your savings, grab an additional Thunderbolt cable to enhance your new setup.
