I’m going to be moving from the sunny shores of Florida back up to the frigid Northeast this winter. Once I got over that fact that I won’t be able to go to Disney World every week (OK, I’m still not fully over it but that’s another discussion) I started tracking down my old winter clothes and snowboard gear. Before moving to Florida touchscreen devices hadn’t permeated my entire life. But now, I’m connected 24/7 and couldn’t imagine having to choose between using my iPhone 6 and keeping my hands warm.
First off, you don’t even need to buy a new pair of gloves to start using your iPhone in arctic-like conditions. There are several Do-It-Yourself methods to add touchscreen capabilities to any pair of normal gloves. The easiest ways include sewing conductive thread into the fingertips or dabbing some AnyGlove formula on areas you wish to make touchscreen compatible.
