E3 2017 (Electronics Entertainment Expo) is upon us. The world’s largest gaming event of the year features all of the most important new announcements in the world of gaming from Sony, Microsoft, Nintendo and other major publishers like EA, Bethesda, Ubisoft and more. Xbox Scorpio is clearly one of the most highly anticipated unveils of the show along with more details on The Last of Us 2, Star Wars Battlefront 2, Assassin’s Creed Origins and even the possibility of Starfield. We are also expecting to see more of Hideo Kojima’s Death Stranding, Insomniac’s take on Spider-Man, Days Gone and the new God of War…

Nyko announces the first portable HDMI dock for Nintendo Switch w/ new chargers and cases

Nintendo is kicking off its presence at E3 this morning with a bunch of new games for its console, but Nyko has quietly made some big announcements for the console as well in the form of several new accessories. While chargers, cases, and controllers are all included here, Nyko’s biggest reveal is the first portable HDMI dock for the Switch, and it all releases in the coming weeks.

This is it folks, the big Sony E3 2017 showcase event. While Microsoft, EA, Ubisoft and Bethesda have already shown what they have up their sleeves, Sony has had the most impressive E3 showings for the last couple years, and once again, it did not disappoint. Opening with live music just ahead of a new trailer for Uncharted: The Lost Legacy, it was clear Sony wasn’t taking any prisoners this year either.

Ubisoft E3 2017: Beyond Good and Evil 2, Mario + Rabbids, Skull & Bones, more [Video]

E3 2017 has been very exciting this year. Xbox One X with 4K and HDR is now a thing, we have seen some major game announcements including a brand new Bioware title and the cinematic prison break experience: No Way Out. Bethesda was nothing but games late last night and now it’s on to the last major publisher event ahead of the big Sony showcase this evening.

Ubisoft put on a shorter and slightly more succinct presentation this year, but it was full of games including a new Nintendo cross-over and some very big surprises:

Seagate’s new Game Drive Hub for Xbox One has 8TB of storage, USB ports

Last night Microsoft took the stage at E3 to unveil its new Xbox One X console alongside over 40 new titles. As you’d expect, other manufacturers are using this platform to roll out fresh accessories too. Seagate has been making Xbox One-specific hard drives for some time, and it has now introduced a new massive 8TB external storage option that will significantly expand the console’s storage capabilities.

Dubbed the Game Drive Hub, Seagate’s latest has a handful of features meant to aid hardcore Xbox gamers. That includes a unique USB 3.0 hub design that’s borrowed from some of its desktop drives. Full details below.

Microsoft E3 2017: Xbox One X details, Forza 7 in full 4K, Assassin’s Creed Origins, more [Video]

Today, Microsoft took the stage at E3 in Los Angeles to unveil its next generation console: Xbox One X. Previously called Project Scorpio, this was the first opportunity we’ve had for an in-depth look since it was first teased a year ago. Alongside this new 4K gaming system, Microsoft detailed 42 fresh games including Forza Motorsport 7, Assassin’s Creed Origins, and Metro Exodus. Of course, that comes after today’s price drop on the current generation Xbox One S. More on that can be found right here.
