Popular Mac/iOS developer MacPhun has launched a Mega Holiday Sale offering over 40% off its highly rated Mac photo editing/manipulation apps. While there are a number of notable deals here, some of the standouts are Intensify and Tonality for $10 each, along with Aurora HDR for $30. In today’s best game/app deals, FX Photo Studio – Pro Picture Editor for iPhone has gone free. The popular photo editor is regularly listed at $1 and comes with over 200 filters, a color splash tool for isolating certain colors in a photo, painting/pencil effects, stickers, text labels, frame effects and more.

Next up, we have a few notable deals from Best Buy including Battlefield Hardline on Ps4 and Xbox one for $29.99, the Wolf Among us on PS4 and Xbox One for $9.99 and lastly, as part of its Deals of the DayDisney Infinity: Toy Box Starter Pack (2.0 Edition) is down to $14.99 across all platforms including Wii U. As usual, orders over $35 ship free and GCU members will get even deeper discounts.

Over at Amazon, you can pick up the special edition white PlayStation 4 Destiny The Taken King bundle with a free copy of Metal Gear Solid V thrown in for $399 shipped. That’s essentially $60 in savings on a console bundle we are yet to see a discount on. Not to mention two of the best games of the year. Still not enough for you? Check out the Star Wars Battlefront Deluxe bundle with a working Han Solo mini fridge and the limited-edition Darth Vader Sony PlayStation 4.

In today’s best game/app deals, Macphun’s popular FX Photo Studio app has dropped to $1.99 today for Mac. It is regularly listed for $10, and has been as high as $15 in the past. Update (10/15 3:30pm): Amazon has the Assassin’s Creed Unity Xbox One bundle (without Kinect) available for pre-order with a price of $399.99 shipped. The Kinect bundle is available for $499.99 and the game (Xbox One and PS4) itself is also available for pre-order from Amazon for $59.96. They will ship in early November.

Update (10/15 11:20am): Assassin’s Creed IV Black Flag for Xbox One is available for $22.99 shipped (Reg. $50) at DealFisher (99.5% Positive feedback) via eBay and at Amazon for Prime members (within $3 of lowest and current best).

Regularly priced at $2.99 and as high as $6.99 respectively, we’ve only seen them go free a few times on the App Store since release in mid 2013. Combined, the two apps have 4+ star ratings from more than 12,000 reviewers.

Macphun releases creative image manipulation tools for Mac/iOS like ColorStrokes and Snapheal, and FX Photo Studio is no exception. Like its Mac counterpart, the iOS version puts nearly 200 photo filters and a series of different editing tools at your disposal.
