PSN Digital Games up to 60% off: GTA Trilogy for PS4 from $19 + Sega classics from $3 – Sonic, Streets of Rage, more

Sony has kicked off a few notable digital sales on PSN. The first of which includes just about every Grand Theft Auto title available on PlayStation platforms. While some items in the sale have gone for less in the past, there are a number of notable deals here, especially considering you can download them from your couch and be playing within an hour (or less in some cases).

As part of the Xbox Spring Sale along with the official bundle price drops, Xbox Live members can score some deals on Battlefield 4 Premium Edition for $19.99 (Reg. $60), Fallout 4 for $38.99 (Reg. $45+), Battlefield Hardline $16 (Reg. $40), GTA V $39 (Reg. $60) and more. That’s the best price we can find on either and within a couple bucks of the all-time low on Fallout 4.

Amazon is handing out free store credit with the purchase of these highly rated Android apps, Apple’s Mac App of the Year 2015 is still matching its lowest price ever and the Muffin Knight action platformer for iOS went free for the first time in over a year (Reg. $1). While we saw a number of deep discounts during Black Friday, this is one of the best Xbox deals online, especially considering the choices available for the free game: GTA V, Forza Horizon 2, COD: Advanced Warfare, Halo: The Master Chief Collection, Sunset Overdrive, Dragon Age: inquisition and more.

GTA V Stories November 17, 2014

Now that Black Friday is less than two weeks away, we are getting a look at what major national game retailer GameStop will have to offer. The leaked ad shows discounts on everything from consoles to games, with over 4,000 stores open at midnight on November 28th.

For the most part, it looks as though GameStop will be matching Best Buy, Walmart and others with the major PS4 bundles at $400 and the Xbox One bundles starting at $330. But keep in mind, Sony announced the The Last of Us/GTA V bundle for $400 as an official price drop and should soon be available on Amazon. You’ll also find $20 to $30 off games on all platforms as well as discounts on accessories and older systems.

In today’s best game/app deals, the PS4 exclusive Infamous: Second Son is available at Amazon right now for $24.99 Prime shipped (Reg. $60). This is the lowest we’ve seen the neo-super hero game go for which has received a 80/100 meta score.

Target has kicked off a buy two get one free sale today on over 100 games. You’ll find titles across a number of platforms including Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare, Assassin’s Creed: Unity and Rogue, Super Smash Bros (Nintendo 3DS), GTA V, Shadow of Mordor, Destiny, Sunset Overdrive and many more. While there are a number of full priced titles in the sale, it can be great way to get your hands on a free copy of a brand new release, like Unity.

As for 3DS, Best Buy has the Nintendo 3DS XL handheld console in blue, red, black or the Super Smash Editions for $174.99 shipped (Reg. $200 and the current lowest price we can find).

Best Buy is also offering a buy one get the second 3DS game 50% off today. Many of the best titles available including Donkey Kong Country 3D, Animal Crossing New Leaf, Mario Kart 7, Bravely Default, Ocarina of Time 3D and many more. While many of the games are either matching or within a few dollars of the lowest we’ve seen, if you’re not interested in a second game be sure to check if Amazon has the title for less as it has recently dropped a number of 3DS titles.

Rockstar has released an official iOS companion app today for the highly anticipated Grand Theft Auto V console title set for release tomorrow. The app, called Grand Theft Auto: iFruit, will let users stay up to date on the latest GTA news, launch other Rockstar Games apps, and sign in to the Rockstar Games Social Club. However, perhaps the most notable feature of the app is the ability to customize vehicles that will be used in the game:

Also choose from paint jobs, window tints, smoke colors, wheels, hoods and spoilers. Upgrade your engine, brakes, exhaust, suspension, and accessorize with new lights, horns, tires and body armor. Place your order on-the-go and find it waiting for you in the garage the next time you play Grand Theft Auto V, or send your order in while playing and get a call from your local mechanic to swing by. You can even create and reserve custom license plates for both Grand Theft Auto V and Grand Theft Auto Online – order your personalized plates before they’re gone!

GTA V Stories May 23, 2013

Rockstar has announced the special and collectors editions of the highly anticipated Grand Theft Auto V today. Pre-orders are currently now available from Amazon and GameStop. The Special Edition will run you $79.99 and will include GTA V along with exclusive artwork, a blueprint map, special ability boosts, stunt plane trials and additional weapons among other things.

The $149.99 Grand Theft Auto V Collectors Edition comes with everything above plus a GTA V New Era 9FIFTY snapback cap, unique in-game vehicles like the 1930’s style Hotknife hotrod and the CarbonRS sports bike among others and the GTA security deposit bag and key. Additionally, Rockstar has announced that even those who pre-order the standard $59.99 version of GTA V  will net themselves access to the in-game Atomic Blimp: “the most iconic and leisurely aircraft in the Los Santos skies.” More details and images below the fold:
