expiredConsole bundles w/ $100 Dell gift card: PlayStation 4 Last of Us $400 or Xbox One Halo Master Chief $350

Dell is currently throwing in a free $100 eGift Card with the purchase of select PlayStation or Xbox One bundles. These credits will be delivered via email in approximately 10-20 days after purchase. Instead of having to receive a bundle game, you’ll be able to add whatever titles you’d like after receiving the gift card. This offer from Dell expires on Monday, July 20th.

expiredGames/Apps: Mac Game Store Indie Sale up to 85% off, Mortal Kombat X $40 (Reg. $60), iOS freebies, more

Before we get to the deals, we’d like to take a second to honor Nintendo’s CEO Satoru Iwata, who passed away yesterday at the age of 55.

Update (7/13 11:05am):

In today’s best game/apps deals, the Mac Game Store is putting on an Indie Game Sale dropping up to 85% off some of the best titles from independent developers. This is a perfect opportunity to save on some very popular games for Mac OS X that don’t regularly go on sale. Our top picks from this event include Hotline Miami: $2.49 (Reg. $10), Limbo: $2.49 (Reg. $10) and Torchlight: $3.73 (Reg. $15).

Next up, Amazon has a couple of nice price drops on games and accessories from the weekend. The online retailer is discounting multiple digital download codes for Xbox One games for the first time. Although these may not be the lowest all-time price, it does deliver an instant download without waiting for shipping and they are tax free. Standout deals include: Mortal Kombat X for $47.99 (Reg. $60), Borderlands: The Handsome Collection for $40.19 (Reg. $60) and Battlefield Hardline Deluxe Edition for $46.89 (Reg. $70).

Other gaming deals include Elder Scrolls Online: Tamriel Unlimited, which is down to $39.99 shipped (Reg. $60), Cirka S91 Classic Retro Controller for SNES for $9.63 Prime shipped (Reg. $13), and Mortal Kombat X for PlayStation 4 for $39.99 shipped (Reg. $60).

Below you’ll find the rest of today’s best Mac/iOS deals including Haunted Manor: Lords of Mirrors, Tales from the Dragon Mountain and much more.

Xbox One AC Unity bundle w/ Halo MCC & 3-months Live $350, PS4 w/ Last of Us & 2 games $399 ($70+ in savings)

On top of the day’s best game and app deals, we have a couple notable console bundles on sale for both the PlayStation and Xbox crowds. Newegg via eBay Daily Deals is offering the Xbox One Assassin’s Creed Unity bundle with the Halo Master Chief Collection and 3 months of Xbox Live Gold attached for $349.99 shipped. This is the best current value available on Xbox One, considering most retailers charge this price without the 3 months of Live ($17+ value) and without the extra game ($40 value).

Next up, Walmart is offering The Last of Us PlayStation 4 bundle with two additional games today (Destiny, Watch Dogs, Shadow of Mordor, Need for Speed: Rivals + many other choices) for $399 shipped. While maybe not as desirable for some as the recent Bloodborne bundle simply due to the game’s recent release, today’s deal is the best current value available and is as much as $70+ in savings considering the value of the two additional games.

Be sure to take a peak at the recently revealed Limited Edition Batman: Arkham Knight PlayStation 4 and this month’s freebies from Sony and Microsoft. In case you missed it this morning, we also spotted a brand new brawler from Nintendo’s mobile developer DeNA known as Marvel Mighty Heroes and one of our favorite image editors for Mac went 50% off.

For those interested in the Halo MCC bundle, this is the best current value available and beats out Walmart’s Halo option with the added Live membership. expiredGames/Apps: Xbox One Halo Master Chief bundle $349, Zelda Majora’s Mask preorder $34, iOS freebies, more

Update (1/16 7:15pm): Amazon and Best Buy are both offering the Nintendo 3DS XL in black, blue and red for $170 shipped (Reg. $200)

In today’s best game/app deals, Microsoft has changed its mind again and dropped the Xbox One back down to $349. Most major retailers (Amazon, Walmart, Best Buy, GameStop and more) are now offering the reduced price again, but Walmart has a special exclusive deal. Not normally available in a bundle, you can grab Xbox One with Halo Master Chief Collection for $349 shipped. Outside of special once a year pricing, Halo: MCC typically sells for $45 or more, so for anyone not interested in the Assassin’s Creed bundle (2 games) this is the best value available for both Xbox One and Halo: MCC.

In other game deals, Newegg is offering preorders on The Legend of Zelda: Majora’s Mask 3DS for $33.99 today using code EMCAKKT37 in the cart. That’s nearly 15% off a first-party Nintendo game (that hasn’t even released yet), which rarely ever go on sale. You’ll also find Batman: Arkham City (Game of the Year Edition) on Xbox 360 for $10.33 Prime shipped (Reg. $20).
