This deal is also the very best price we have ever tracked on Hitman: Sniper since its release back in June.

As for Android gamers, both titles are on sale over at Google Play with Hitman GO available for $1 and Hitman: Sniper down to just $0.50.

Hitman GO Stories September 5, 2014

IGN has just announced that its free iOS game for the month of September will be Hitman GO. Typically priced at $4.99, this is the first time we have ever seen this game available as a free download since it was released back in April. Over 3,200 App Store users have rated it 4.5 out of 5 stars.

Here’s the premise:

Hitman GO is a turn-based strategy game with beautifully rendered diorama-style set pieces. You will strategically navigate fixed spaces on a grid to avoid enemies and take out your target or infiltrate well-guarded locations. You really have to think about each move and all the Hitman tools of the trade you would expect are included; disguises, distractions, sniper rifles and even 47’s iconic Silverballers.

expiredHitman GO for iOS/Android now available at 60% off: $2 (Reg. $5)

After releasing back in April and receiving a number of near perfect review scores, Hitman GO is available for 60% off right now on iOS and Android. Regularly priced at $4.99, you can pick up the turn-based strategy game for just $1.99. This is not only the lowest price we’ve seen, but the very first discount this highly rated title has received on the App Store.

The game features a unique diorama-like art style and essentially offers a stripped down mobile-take on what made the classic PC and consoles titles so popular. Players will have to infiltrate various locations in order to take out their target using many of the traditional Agent 47 tactics along the way like disguises, distractions, sniper rifles and “even 47’s iconic Silverballers.” Along with various enemy types, the impressively rendered levels feature multiple paths, and players can choose to complete tasks silently or with deadly force.

It looks like Square Enix will be updating the gaming fairly regularly, just last month a new airport chapter was added as well as harder enemies, automated walkways, a skip move feature and a Civilian Mode which allows you to stay undercover until your first move. The game has received 4.5 stars from 2912 Ratings on the App Store and 4.5 stars from over 12,000 on Google Play.
