In today’s best game/app deals, Mac Game Store’s Memorial Day Sale is in its final stages. But you can still get your hands on a number of notable deals starting with XCOM 2 for $40.19 on Mac. That’s $10 under the Mac App Store (it has never dipped this low on there), the best price we can find and the lowest we have tracked since release. “Twenty years have passed since world leaders offered an unconditional surrender to alien forces. XCOM, the planet’s last line of defense, was left decimated and scattered.”

As for the rest of the sale there are some notable prices on Borderlands 2 Complete Edition for $11.99 (Reg. $30+), Hitman: Absolution – Elite Edition at $12.49 (Reg. $25 and many more.

We also spotted Battleborn on Xbox One for $38.99 for Live members (must be logged in) courtesy of Microsoft. That’s $21 under the regular price and lowest we have tracked on the Xbox version. As for PS4, Play-Asia is offering it for just $17.99 plus shipping right now.

In other notable deals, Assassin’s Creed: Syndicate on PlayStation 4 is now hovering around $25 and $26 Prime shipped on PS4 and Xbox One (Reg. up to $40), and we still have the 1TB Xbox One 3 game bundle and the Rainbow Six Siege Bundle for $319 shipped each.

In today’s best game/app deals, GameStop is offering the New Nintendo 3DS XL in black or red for $174.99 shipped. That’s as much as $45 under some listings, $15 under the going rate and matching the lowest we have seen on the new 3DS. It still goes for over $200 on Amazon and Best Buy. Along with other exclusives, you’ll need the New 3DS in order to play some of the new virtual console titles on the way. And remember, GameStop is still offering refurbished Nintendo 2DS deals from $60 (Orig. $130).

As part of its Deals of the Day, Best Buy is offering Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain on PS4 and Xbox One for $29.99 with in-store pickup or free shipping in orders over $35. That’s more than $20 under Amazon, $5 under the lowest it has been offered for on Amazon and the best we can find. Also at Best Buy for today only, Rocksmith 2014 Edition on PS4 and Xbox One is down to $29.99 with in-store pickup or free shipping in orders over $35 (Reg. $40+, best we can find.) As usual, GCU members get even deeper discounts.

Other notable deals include Skylanders SuperChargers Starter Pack (Prime only) for $29.99 Prime shipped on Wii U/Xbox One or $24.65 Prime shipped on PS4. Next up, Amazon is offering Halo 5: Guardians on Xbox One for $31.98 with free shipping for Prime members or in orders over $35. That’s nearly 50% below the orignal listing, about $8 under the going rate, matching the lowest Amazon has ever offered it for and within a few dollars of the all-time low. We also spotted Sunset Overdrive for Xbox One down at just $14.37 Prime shipped on Amazon third party (Reg. $16 to $22+). 

As for hardware, the very highly rated Razer Naga Expert MMO Gaming Mouse is down at $39.99 shipped on Best Buy today (Reg. $59+, $5 below previous low). Square Enix has now put both of its popular Hitman titles for iOS on sale. Regularly listed at $5, Hitman: Sniper and Hitman: Go are available for just $1 each. The last time these two titles dropped this low individually was back in December of 2015. However, Square is once again offering the Hitman Essentials iOS bundle, which contains both titles for just $1 right now. This is matching the bundle price we saw over the holidays and it didn’t last long after we posted it, so jump on this while you can. They combine for a 4+ star rating from over 12,000 reviewers.

Square Enix announces Hitman Go: Definitive Edition for PS4, Vita and PC

The excellent Hitman Go launched on iOS and Android back in the Spring of 2014 and has received fantastic reviews since. After the board-game style mechanics spawned Apple iPhone Game of the Year 2015 Lara Croft Go a little over a year later, Square Enix is now ready to take Agent 47’s mobile game to consoles and the desktop.

After being beta tested outside the US on the App Store and then being fully released stateside back at the beginning of June, Hitman: Sniper is getting its very first drop on the App Store today. Regularly listed at $4.99, you can now download the game to all your iOS devices for $2.99. It has so far received a 4.5/5 star rating from over 2,600 reviewers.

Continuing the mobile side of things for the stealth-assassin franchise after the excellent Hitman: Go, Sniper changes the formula up to offer over 150 Agent 47-style sniper missions.
