Infinity Blade III Stories August 6, 2015

Developer ChAIR has put its popular Infinity Blade games on sale today. While all three titles have been individually dropped down to $2.99, the Infinity Blade Trilogy iOS bundle which contains all three titles is available for 50% off: $4.99 (Reg. $10). We have seen IB1 go free and the other two drop to $1, but this is the lowest we have seen for the entire trilogy at once (outside of holiday sales) and the best price available.

Combined these three titles have received a 4+ star rating from over a half a million reviews. The IB franchise was the “Winner of the prestigious Apple Design Award and more than 40 Editor’s Choice and Game of the Year Awards!” More details below: expand full story

expiredGames/Apps: Monument Valley $1, Call of Duty Strike Team $2, Infinity Blade III $3, FINAL FANTASY VI $8, iOS freebies, more

In today’s best game/app deals, we have quite a number of very highly rated and popular iOS titles on sale including Monument Valley for $1. With the extremely popular and critically acclaimed puzzle adventure game regularly selling for $3.99 on the App Store, today’s deal marks the lowest we have ever seen it go for. In 2014, it was both an “Apple Game of the Year” and “Apple Design Award” winner. Android gamers can pick up the title at a discount in the recent Humble Bundle.

Monument Valley is a surreal exploration through fantastical architecture and impossible geometry. Guide the silent princess Ida through mysterious monuments, uncovering hidden paths, unfolding optical illusions and outsmarting the enigmatic Crow People.

Other notable iOS deals today include Call of Duty: Strike Team: $2 (Reg. $7), Infinity Blade III: $3 (Reg. $7), FINAL FANTASY VI: $8 (Reg. $16) and more. Both COD: Strike Team and Final Fantasy VI are matching the lowest we have seen them go for on the App Store (and it doesn’t happen very often) and the only time we have seen IB3 for less was during the holiday season last year. Very rarely do wee this many notable iOS titles go on sale outside of the holiday season and special sales.

Along with notable deals/all-time lows on Pixelmator and Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas this morning, you’ll find the rest of today’s iOS price drops below:

Infinity Blade III Stories December 22, 2014

ChAIR Entertainment has dropped the latest entry in its popular sword-fighting action game, Infinity Blade III, down to just $1 for the holidays. Typically listed at $6.99, this is the lowest we have seen the game go for by $2. At $10 for the entire Trilogy, today’s deal is still a better value than the previous Black Friday bundle by more than $2.

Widely regarded as some of the best mobile games out there, the Infinity Blade series brings together “adrenaline-fueled” action with some of the best visuals on the platform. As the epic conclusion for the three part series, IB3 introduces a new playable character as well as a more fine tuned experience overall within a much larger, dynamic 3D world. Along with voice work from famous actor Troy Baker (BioShock, The Last of Us, Far Cry 4, COD: Advanced Warfare, Batman Arkham, many more), it has the “most detailed story scenes ever shown” on mobile platforms:

Siris and Isa have joined with the God-King Raidriar in a desperate attempt to destroy the Worker of Secrets and his army of Deathless titans. Uncover new mysteries to wield the power of the Infinity Blade in this timeless adventure of champions and villains.
