expiredHome Recording: Mackie LE CR3 speakers $80 (Reg. $100), iRig portable MIDI keyboards from $45 (Reg. up to $80), more

As part of its continuing Cyber Week deals, Guitar Center is offering the Mackie Limited Edition CR3 3-inch Multimedia Monitors (Pair) for $79.99 shipped (matched in Musician’s Friend’s Cyber Week sales). That’s 20% below the regular $100 price tag, and the first notable price drop we have seen on this model. Ranked as the best newly released studio monitors on Amazon, the active Limited Edition CR3s have a 2-way driver system, with a 80Hz – 20kHz range, TRS/RCA/1/8-inch TRS connectivity and all-wood cabinets.

Not only do the Limited Edition version of these speakers look much better than the standards in our opinion, they are also less expensive right now. While the LEs only have a 4+ star rating from a few Amazon customers, the base model CR3 monitors have 4.5/5 stars from 350.

Announced back in October, the new IK Multimedia iRig Keys portable Mac/PC USB keyboard controllers are seeing their first decent price drop at Guitar Center. The iRig Keys 25-key edition is available for $44.99 shipped and the 37-key version is down to $59.99 shipped. They hit Amazon and other retailers earlier this month at $70 and $80 respectively and haven’t dropped since.

They feature velocity sensitive keys, back-lit assignable hardware controls, octave switcher, a collection of free software and will work with your Mac (and maybe PC) right out of the box. Reviews are light considering how new they are, but just about all of the iRig keyboards have 4+ star ratings on Amazon.

Down below you’ll find more Cyber Week deals on MIDI keyboards, interfaces, NI hardware and more:
