expiredGames/Apps: Dishonored Definitive from $15, Mega Man Legacy Collection from $18, freebies, more

Update (4/13 11:03am):

In today’s best game/app deals, GameStop is offering Dishonored Definitive Edition on PS4 and Xbox One for $14.99 with free in-store pickup or $4 shipping. That’s more than 50% below the orignal listing, $45 under Amazon/the average selling price and matching the lowest we have seen.

Other notables include Street Fighter V on PlayStation 4 for $42.97 shipped for Prime members. That’s nearly $20 under the regular price, about $5 below the early Prime discount we saw and the best we can currently find. We also have Deadpool at $29.99 with free in-store pickup at Game Stop (current low, within $5 of all-time low) and the Skylanders Trap Team Holiday Bundle Pack from $33 Prime shipped (Reg. $38+).

Next up, Amazon has the Mega Man Legacy Collection on Nintendo 3DS for $17.51 Prime shipped. That’s very close the 50% below the original listing and the best price we can find by $4+. This same game is currently down at $18 Prime shipped on PS4 and Xbox One, which are also the best prices we can find. And while we are talking the blue bomber, Amazon’s listing for the Mega Man Legacy Collection on Nintendo 3DS with the gold Mega Man amiibo is now back in stock.

expiredCowboom 20% off sitewide: Apple Watch 38mm Milanese Loop Stainless Steel (pre-owned) $359 shipped (Orig. $649), more

Cowboom, a subsidiary of Best Buy, is taking 20% off sitewide with coupon code YESPLEASE2015. This promotion cannot be combined with items sold and shipped by Best Buy or the deal of the day. Shipping varies by item, and as always you’ll want to pay particularly close attention to listings for item condition.

This promo code works on Cowboom’s selection of pre-owned Apple Watch Stainless Steel models, with prices starting at $240 after the previously mentioned promo code. Our top pick is the 38mm Milanese Loop Stainless Steel model for $358.39 shipped (Orig. $649). If you don’t mind a pre-owned option, this deal delivers some of the lowest prices that we’ve seen. If you’re in the market for a Sport model, then you’ll want to take a look at Target’s Early Black Friday sale. However, Stainless Steel buyers may find enough difference in savings to justify the pre-owned models.

With your savings, grab a new band for your Apple Watch.

Nintendo announces official price drop coming for its 2DS handheld console

Nintendo has announced an official price drop coming to its already affordable 2DS handheld system. It currently holds a suggested retail price of $129.99, but come August 30th, the portable system will drop to $99.99 shipped. The 2DS, which plays almost the entire 3DS (and DS) library of games, will still ship with Mario Kart 7 when the new price drop hits at the end of the month.

We have seen the 2DS dip down to $100 and even lower a few times in the last year or so, plus a few sweet refurbished deals for even less. In fact, GameStop has it for under $100 in-store right now at some locations. However, with the official price drop we are likely to see prices come down even further from major retailers like Amazon, Best Buy, Target, GameStop and more, so it might be a smart idea to hold-off on purchasing until that happens.
