expiredAmazon Gold Box: Save up to 65% off Dragon Naturally Speaking Software, Mac version $80 (Reg. $200)

As a part of its Gold Box deal of the day, Amazon is taking up to 65% off Dragon Naturally Speaking Software for Mac and Windows. The standout deal of the lot is Dragon Dictate for Mac 4 at $79.99 shipped. This software is available as either a digital download or boxed version. This is the lowest that we can currently find it by nearly $50 from a reputable dealer and beats our previous mention by $20.

Although it has received average ratings from users, we found Dragon Dictate for Mac 4 to be a very useful piece of software, dubbing it the “best speech recognition app”. It can accurately transcribe an audio file from a single speaker’s voice via podcast or recording, and features a variety of improvements over the previous version. With Dragon Dictate for Mac 4 you now have full text control when writing e-mails via Gmail, control over your Gmail inbox within Safari and Firefox, as well as better dictation accuracy in Apple Pages.

Additionally, Dragon Home and Premium for Windows are available as a part of this Gold Box sale, starting at $34.99 shipped.
