Essentially, these were fully licensed, to scale Star Wars Bluetooth speakers in the shape of C-3Po and Stormtrooper heads. Not long after the speaker project launched, an investor came in and offered the company all the money they needed to get the speakers to market. Now they’re here, and I just had to try them out…

Earlier in the month, Force Friday delivered a big time selection of toys and merchandise for the upcoming Star Wars film The Force Awakens. But those interested in something a little more high-class will want to check out two new luxury Dark Side watches that are just hitting the market.

Timepiece designers Devon and Nixon have released new limited edition watches that would’ve fit right in at the Death Star. One model certainly has a price that is out of this galaxy.

Get your first look at Star Wars: The Force Awakens Lego, Hasbro and Hot Wheels toys

While the highly anticipated film won’t hit theaters until this December, we are now getting the first look at toys based on Star Wars: The Force Awakens. The main character action figures still remain a secret, but you can see the newly designed Stormtrooper below.

In addition to the Hasbro action figures, LEGO and Mattel are also releasing merchandise for the movie.

The Lego set won’t be for sale until after the debut of the film, but the Hasbro Stormtrooper action figure and Hot Wheels car will be available at the San Diego Comic Con.

Star Wars: The Force Awakens is set 30 years after the events of Return of the Jedi, and features a new generation of swashbuckling heroes and shadowy villains, as well as the return of fan-favorite smugglers, princesses, and Jedi.

Starring Harrison Ford, Carrie Fisher, Mark Hamill, Anthony Daniels, Peter Mayhew, and Kenny Baker as their characters from the original trilogy, “The Force Awakens” also stars John Boyega as Finn, Daisy Ridley as Rey, Adam Driver as Kylo Ren, Oscar Isaac Poe Dameron, Lupita Nyong’o as Maz Kanata, Gwendoline Christie as Captain Phasma, and Andy Serkis as Supreme Leader Snoke. Also starring, Domhnall Gleeson, Max von Sydow, Crystal Clarke, Pip Anderson, Christina Chong and Miltos Yerolemou, the J.J. Abrams-directed film will debut in theaters on December 18, 2015.
