M-Audio BX8 D2 8-inch Active Studio Monitors (pair) $349 shipped (Reg. $499)

A deal popped up on Woot for the M-Audio BX8 D2 130W 8-inch Two-Way Active Studio Monitors (pair) this morning for $404 shipped. A nice deal considering how long its been since these dipped that low, but B&H has them on for just $349 shipped right now. That’s $250 off the original $600 price tag, $150 under Amazon, and the best price we can find. We haven’t seen them go lower since Black Friday 2013.

The PreSonus Bluetooth speakers can be a great option for home studio monitors, but in my opinion you need the 8-inch Kevlar woofers if you’re going to take your audio seriously. Along with those, the BX8 D2 have 1.25-inch tweeters, rear porting, magnetic shielding to reduce hum/unwanted noise, and are powered so you don’t need an amp or anything.

They have a 4.5/5 star rating from over 50 Amazon customers.
