Ghost of Tsushima Director’s Cut launches soon with new story chapter, but it’s going to cost you

Sony and Sucker Punch Games have taken to the official PlayStation Blog to announce the Ghost of Tsushima Director’s Cut. This is not just an updated version of the same game on PS4 and PS5 to bolster interest in the title a year after release, either. Alongside a host of enhancements for PlayStation 5, the Director’s Cut includes an entirely new island to explore as well as new missions and stories that take place there, and “some new updates that are a direct response to some of the community’s most-requested features.” Head below for all of the details.

FREE Ghost of Tsushima multiplayer starts next week + new dog companions, more

When developer Sucker Punch revealed the completely free Ghost of Tsushima multiplayer suite back in August, it was a triumph for samurai-turned-ninjas everywhere. At the time we were left with loads of anticipation and a vague “Fall 2020” release date, but that all changes now. We also have new details on the game’s 1.1 update, now scheduled for next week, including the new dog companion mechanic. Sucker Punch reveals FREE Ghost of Tsushima Legends multiplayer raid mode

Sucker Punch Productions is revealing Ghost of Tsushima Legends today. The new online cooperative multiplayer mode will be available for free to all Ghost of Tsushima owners later this year on PS4. Legend is described as an entirely new experience, separate from that of the main campaign. This multiplayer mode features online battles via a series of co-op story missions, survival missions, and later, four-player raid-style battles.
