Toy Fair 2018 is set to kick off on February 17th through the 20th. It will take place at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center in New York City. Some of the biggest toy manufacturers in the United States will be there, including LEGO, Hasbro, Nintendo and many more.

Toy Fair 2018 is wrapping up in New York today, as some of the biggest names in the game have descended upon on the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center for this year’s event. We touched down on Sunday and spent time combing through the showroom floor to bring you the best new toys and gadgets. Star Wars and LEGO had two of the best showings this year at Toy Fair, but up and comers also a made a mark as well.

The soccer meets rocket-powered cars title is a hit for its affordable price tag, fun graphics and cross-platform play. In a seemingly no-brainer move, the developers behind this popular title have this morning announced a partnership with Hot Wheels. No, we’re not talking about virtual four-wheelers here. Toys that teach kids hands-on about robotics, science, math, and more are commonly known as STEM toys. A company called Klutz specializes in making educational and STEM toys for kids. The majority of the toys they create also have an extensive how-to component that helps kids truly understand the concepts they’re learning about. These book-based activity kits range from topics like robotics, engineering, circuits and even more. Here are the new kits that will take the stage at Toy Fair next week.

Toy Fair 2018 is set to kick off next week in New York City and 9to5Toys will be on-site covering this year’s biggest news and releases. Before the show kicks off, Hasbro is already detailing one of its biggest toys for the upcoming year. The new Marvel Avengers: Infinity War Hero Vision Iron Man AR Experience is a headset and controller combo that brings kids (adults) into the world of super heroes.

Like other VR/AR devices, your iPhone or Android slides directly into the headset to launch the full Tony Stark experience. A series of markers placed around the room are then leveraged in a unique virtual reality experience.
