Roku has finally released the Roku 3 which is the latest iteration in its family of streaming media players.  One of the biggest updates to this device is the brand new user interface.  It will help users explore and experience new content easier than ever thanks to its new layout and speedy performance.  The physical design of the Roku 3 is sleek with beautiful rounded edges and a glossy finish.  The performance hardware has also been updated including a beefed up processor and added support for dual-band WiFi.  Another exclusive Roku 3 feature is “private listening mode,” which allows users to plug in a pair of earbuds (included) into the side of the remote and listen to any streaming media while the TV speakers remain muted.  And for those wondering, no it still does not support YouTube.
