The new black boomBOTTLE H2O is an Apple Store exclusive and features the same rugged design as its predecessors. It can be submerged 1 meter for up to 30 minutes and features “up-firing” 50mm speaker, a passive subwoofer, and a 33 foot Bluetooth range. The new boomBOTTLE H2O is available starting now at Apple retail stores and on its site for $99.95.
Head below for more details, along with the HEOS system and the Fugoo +Sport:
A couple other Bluetooth speaker systems were announced recently including Denon’s new line of HEOS speakers. Described as a “wireless multi-room sound system,” there are 3 models available that can be linked together to provide playback throughout the home. Alongside iOS and Android apps, users can easily stream content directly from their smartphones and tablets to the HEOS system over any existing home wireless network.
Much like updates coming to the easily comparable Sonos solutions, Denon’s upcoming speakers will not require hardwire ethernet connection. Pricing on the Denon 3, 5, and 7 speakers will range from $329-$699, according to the company, and we are expecting an August 1st release date. Video below.
