That is THE best deal for Apple TV, same as refurb on apple’s site, but that is $75 and currently (for the first time in a long time) out of stock, but, maybe Apple sent them all to Groupon?
It states 1 year Apple warranty, so, this should be legitimate Apple certified refurbs, as those come with same warranty as new (1 yr.).
