The iPads have been reconditioned at A4C. So no, they are not Apple Certified Refurbished. However, they guarantee all refurbished products to be fully functional. Products they sell as refurbished come with a 90 Day replacement warranty. Also, to answer your second question: Yes, the iPad is totally iOS 8 compatible. Thanks for reading!
