We also found at Walmart the Backyard Discovery Cozy Wooden Playhouse for $67.83 shipped. That’s $63 off list price, $44 less than Amazon and the lowest we can find. It has wide windows, a swinging front door, tarp roof, and toy versions of a sink and stove.
