In this morning’s Daily Deals we have from Amazon the Lenmar ChugPlug Battery Pack for MacBook Air and MacBook Pro for $19.99 Prime shipped. That’s $180 off the original list price, $5 less than our previous mention and $93 less than Best Buy’s current listing. It can add up to 4 hours of battery life to the 11-inch Macbook Air or up to 3 hours to the 13-inch Macbook Air/Pro. Although reviews are light we found it to be useful and reliable in our own review.

Note: This ChugPlug will not work with 15-inch MacBooks.

“Get a coupon for a free burrito from Chipotle when you text “RAINCHECK” to 888-222 – ”

This appears to be an incomplete telephone number. It does not work.

The reviews for the ChugPlug battery pack indicate that it is garbage, and that no one should buy them. It is obviously not worth the current price of $20.

I recommend removing this item from 9 to 5 toys.
