Home theater and tech enthusiasts stay away from Seiki, 30HZ is not acceptable and there is no HDMI 2.0 support or promise of an upgrade. I can see however, a few good use cases for this panel, especially for programming, or monitoring of virtual machines / stock tickers / etc (stuff that doesn’t move fast so you won’t notice that it’s only running at 30hz).
