TP-LINK 500Mbps Gigabit Powerline network extender: $30 (Reg. up to $60)

Amazon has the TP-LINK AV500 Gigabit Powerline Adapter for $30 (free shipping with Prime membership). We’ve seen this model go for as high as $60 in the past. Today’s deal is $10 off the regular listing, and the current best price we can find. It features speeds of up to 500mbps, a nice power saving setting and a range of about “984.3feet in house.”

With a couple Powerline adapters you can bring hardwire internet access through any electrical outlet in your home or office. It can be a great option for those that are having a hard time getting wireless access in certain rooms or spaces as well help to avoid messy ethernet cables running through your ceilings and walls.

It has received a 4.4/5 star rating on Amazon. Keep in mind you’ll need at least two adapters like this to extend your network, Amazon has the TP Link AV500 Starter Kit with two adapters and two ethernet cables for $60.  Amazon has some cheap (but highly rated) Belkin Cat 5 cables right now for $3 if you need extras.
