        I guess it no longer works then. On an existing (active) account, the following is reported:

        “Sorry, you might have overlooked something. Please check the promotion details…”

        When you say “existing account” do you mean an active account, or an account that is no longer active (has been canceled in the past)

        Entered a chat session with Audible. They were able to help apply to an active account through chat. It gives you the first credit immediately. So there was no need to cancel.

      Tried with my existing account. Got this error message: Sorry, you might have overlooked something. Please check the promotion details. If you think weve made a mistake, contact Customer Care at 1-888-283-5051.
