Gyft is offering a $25 Amazon gift card with a $5 Gyft credit attached for $20 right now using code FDFAMILY. First add the $25 Amazon gift card to your cart, make a new Gyft account as prompted and then apply code FDFAMILY. You’ll find the $5 Gyft credit on your account after the purchase.

To make the deal even sweeter, checkout with Google Wallet to receive an additional $5 Toys R Us credit for free. And for those of you that do use Google Wallet, you can also get a $5 gift card when you buy a gift card with Google Wallet through select online stores right now.

Even without the additional Toys R Us credit you are still spending $20 for $30 in total credit. Gyft is an authorized reseller of Amazon gift cards, which can can be used on everything Amazon.com has to offer.

Wow a good deal but what a PIA it was to do for me. First you have to sign up for a new account with Gyft. Took me 20 mins to do that. It kept rejecting my password choice and telling me my password needed to contain at least one symbol. I added one symbol to my password over and over for 15 mins and it kept rejecting it no matter which one I used or where in my password I placed it. Finally I added TWO symbols in my password and it allowed me to register. I then added the Amazon $25 gift card and special FDFAMILY code to get the deal for $20. I then checked out with Google Wallet (which I had not used in like 2 years) and Google Wallet told me I was charged $25 on it’s on screen receipt and no sign of a $5 Toys r Us credit. I had to dig around for another 15 mins to see that Gyft says I paid $20 and to find out your $5 Toys r Us credit will not show online but come to you in an email receipt. Once you follow instructions to claim it you see it is NOT a Gyft card but rather a Google Wallet credit and that you must install their app on your phone and use the credit IN STORE. I would have used it online but do not have a store near me and certainly would not visit one during Christmas rush. At least I can use my Amazon credit online. Now to wait and check my credit card statement to make sure Google Wallet did not process a $25 charge instead of a $20 one. :O

I saw the $25 charge as well, but if you go to your google wallet and go to transactions, it should show a charge for only $20.
