Staying powered up away from the home or office is quite a feat these days considering the great number of devices we use and the different power options out there. This is especially difficult when there seems to be new power delivery technologies emerging all the time. The Lifepowr A3 power bank recently hit Indiegogo and uses the new USB-C standard and has the ability to charge more mobile devices like the 2016 MacBook Pro or the 2015 MacBook. Plus, there’s even an AC outlet that lets you power up just about anything else you can think of.
The Lifepowr A3 measures 6 x 6 x 1 inches and weighs just 1.8 lbs (800g). It has a low-profile and minimal appearance design, and the aluminum casing not only provides a durable and lightweight construction, but also securely protects its internal components. Also, the inner plastic housing is made of fireproof ABS for enhanced durability and security. You can easily carry it in your bag for any outdoor activity or charging anything else on-the-go.
Lifepowr comes fully equipped with a 27,000mAh rechargeable battery pack, and using USB-C power delivery, it’s able to charge various mobile devices. The portable charger also features two USB charging ports with Quick Charging 3.0 so it not only works with various USB devices, but also more efficiently charges QC 3.0-equipped smartphones and tablets.
With an extra AC outlet, it’s designed to power other laptops or lets say a mini fridge and anything else you can think of. Its 250W peak output allows it to charge multiple devices at the same time. In addition, the power bank can be fully recharged in approximately 2.8 hours using a 45W charger, and using optional SUN20 Pro solar charger, the Lifepowr can be fully charged in 6 hours in full sunlight.
The A3 is the right choice if you need more ‘oomph’ and care about design. The perfect blend between the old and the new, ensuring total compatibility with your new devices. Power up wherever you are, quickly and simultaneously and always stay powered throughout your life
With a month left in its Indiegogo campaign, LifePower has already reached about 50% of its $35,000 goal. A pledge of $159 will get you in on its early bird program and you’ll receive an A3 at 47% off of the future retail pricing. Shipping is estimated for November 2017.
