Google Play is granting some of its members a free $1 credit today. So hurry up and check your account to see if you got it! You can use your new balance on apps, movies, music, books and more from the Google Play library.
You should see a pop-up when you log into your account saying “A Gift For You – $1 Play Credit”. The credit will expire in September. It appears as though only some google accounts are receiving the credit, but it is unclear why.
