GAP has recently released its collaboration with GQ featuring “the coolest menswear designers on the planet.” The designers are bringing styles from all over the world including Paris, Brooklyn and Tokyo. Keep scrolling to find out top picks from each designer.
The first designer is French, Alexandre Mattiussi, and his line from AMI is sporty and modern. Its second designer is from Brooklyn and the brand is called KinFolk. The designs from Kinfolk were inspired by relaxed and casual street-ware. Lastly, United Arrows is a Japanese based brand that brings a stylish and casual look. GQ editor-in-chief Jim Nelson shares, “we knew expanding this collaboration and taking it international would add vibrancy to the program, and this year’s amazing designers certainly brought it. Now comes the best part, we can’t wait to see the clothes hit Gap stores, because this year feels very special.”

The AMI collection has prices ranging from $29 to $299. Our top pick from the AMI collection is the Oxford Shirt. The United Arrows collection is my favorite of the three designers. The UA Plaid Shirt is a great option for this fall. It features a band collar that is unique and perfect for pairing under vests and jackets. Another favorite from this collection is the Suit Jacket. Dress this piece up or down with slacks or jeans for your best look this season. Lastly, the Denim Down Jacket features contrasting colors and material that will keep you warm yet breathable.
