Bowflex is a great one-stop shop for getting and staying fit this winter. You’ll have numerous workout styles to choose from with one simple machine. Rated 4.3/5 stars.
If you’d rather work out with more traditional tools, the Bowflex SelectTech 1090 Adjustable Dumbbell is still $249 shipped. Though you won’t get quite as many workout options as the Blaze Home Gym above, it’s more affordable and the traditional dumbbell-style might be better for you.
