The Google Android handset deals are flying as part of the brand’s big-time summer sale, just after seeing Samsung’s day in the sun a couple weeks ago, but we are once again tracking Amazon all-time low pricing on the unlocked Galaxy S24 Ultra. The most popular Android smartphone out there is now starting from $1,049.99 shipped for the 256GB model or $1,169.99 shipped for the 512GB over at Amazon. The 256GB variant is sold out directly from Samsung right now and the 512GB is on sale for $1,300 right now – clearly Amazon is the better straight-up cash value here, but you won’t find the bright online exclusive pastel colorways there, nor will you get the enhanced $750 trade-in opportunity. Just something to keep in mind – Amazon has lower prices, but you’ll save more with a trade-in going straight to Samsung (depending on the trade-in device and its condition of course).
As detailed over at 9to5Google, the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra is the latest flagship from the brand powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chip. The Android 14 experience straight out of the box runs on the 6.8-inch QHD+ display with a 120Hz refresh rate alongside some notable camera specs – rear 200MP Wide, 12MP Ultra Wide, 50MP 5x Zoom, 10MP 10x Zoom, and 100x Space Zoom joined by the 12MP front side sensor.
Samsung has been pushing its Galaxy AI features headlined by Live Translate, real-time translations, and the new Circle to Search as well – “use Circle to Search with Google to get the answer; With S24 Series, circle it on your screen and learn more.”
And, let’s not forget about the included S Pen that tucks right into the handset to have handwritten notes, doodling, and sketching action at the ready.
