While the Google Nest Thermostat might not be the newest intelligent temperature and HVAC controller on the market, it remains one the most attractive for me, and it saw some notable upgrades last year by way of Matter support. This means it will play nice with the rest of the Matter gear in your ecosystem, including Apple HomeKit-focused pieces, while retaining its integration with the Nest family of products.
