Apple’s most affordable 13-inch M2 iPad Air now $100 off in all four colors

Alongside an ongoing $100 price drop on the base model 11-inch M2 iPad Air, Amazon is also carrying the $100 in savings over to the most affordable 13-inch variant today as well. While we did see this regularly $799 configuration drop to $699 shipped over the weekend, it was only in limited colors at the time – it is now down at $699 in all four options. This is within few bucks of the lowest price we have tracked on all of them – a deal that was only live for less than a day – and is otherwise matching the best we have seen since release. 

While you can score the new 8.3-inch iPad mini 7 for less than the price of this model right now, that, at least in terms of form-factor, is more comparable to the smaller 11-inch M2 iPad Air than the larger 13-inch we are featuring here today. While it’s hard to compare the two lineups in general, those interested in a more casual mid-range iPad experience, or at least something less pricey than the M4 iPad Pro, are generally going to be choosing between the new M2 Air or the mini 7. 

While I, for one, tend to prefer the more compact iPads traditionally, folks looking to land the larger 13-incher can do so today with a sweet $100 price drop. There’s no way to know for sure if we will see this one fall any lower for Black Friday proper, but it wouldn’t be surprising to see a $130 or $150 price drop. It’s just happens to be equally as tough to say whether or not those deals will stick around long enough to actually scoop one up.
