Whereas the Apple Pencil Pro is really only for M4 iPad Pro and M2 iPad Air users, the 2nd Gen is geared towards a much broader collection of iPad releases – iPad mini (6th generation), iPad Air (4th or 5th generation), iPad Pro 12.9-inch (3rd, 4th, 5th, or 6th generation), iPad Pro 11-inch (1st, 2nd, 3rd, or 4th generation).
Regularly $129, you can now save nearly 40% off the sticker price on the 2nd Gen model. This deal lands at about $11 above the lowest price we have ever tracked on Amazon and within $1 of the best we have seen since the July Prime event.
The Apple Pencil lineup is a somewhat confusing one now with four models all compatible with different iPads still being sold on Apple’s storefront. But you are safe scooping up a 2nd Gen model if you have any of the iPads listed above.
