If you happened to miss out on the short-lived Christmas deals on Apple’s new 14-inch M4 Pro MacBook Pro, and happen to be a Costco member, you’re in luck. The base model with 24GB of RAM and the 512GB SSD is now selling down at $1,749.99 shipped in silver and Space Black. This configuration carries a $1,999 MSRP at Apple, Amazon, and Best Buy, but can now be secured at Costco with a sizable $249 in savings.

This, of course, will require you to be a Costco member, but considering how many of those there are out there we thought it would be good idea to point this one out.

This model dropped to the same $1,749 at Amazon for Black Friday before a last-minute Christmas doorbuster knocked it down to the $1,699 all-time low – a frankly wild price at $300 off. That said, it is now over $1,800 at Amazon, leaving the Costco deal at $249 off the best offer going – Costco lists it with a $1,949 regular price, but this model does indeed carry a $1,999 MSRP. Best Buy has this model up at $1,899 right now on sale.

The 14-inch M4 Pro with the 512GB is my personal configuration of choice when it comes to the new M4-equipped MacBook Pro lineup. The Pro chip, if you’re willing to splurge for it is the way to go if you ask me – it’s just that extra bit more future-proof and snappy when it comes to more demanding projects and the like. I tend to look towards anything over 256GB and under 1TB when it comes to Apple products right now – 256GB is just not enough and I’m not will to spend the extra cash for the 1TB storage option.

And if you had a different configuration in mind, or just aren’t a Costco member, here are the best deals on Amazon right now for the M4 machines:
