Amazon is now offering the 256GB Google Pixel Tablet down at $379 shipped. Regularly $499, this nearly 25% or $120 off the going rate and the lowest price we can find. This offer comes in at $20 above the Black Friday listing to match the best price we have tracked at Amazon otherwise. 

While we have seen the entry-level configuration with the 128GB of storage down as low as $279 over the last few months, that one is currently listed at a higher price than the 256GB featured above and is, frankly, not going to be enough storage for most folks these days anyway – at one point 128GB options in the tech space seemed like a bargain, but it just barely cuts it these days, if you ask me.

For the record, even Best Buy’s open-box listings for the 256GB model are selling for more than the brand-new listings at Amazon right now. 

While it’s far from a new release, the Pixel tablet is the latest option in the Google ecosystem and remains a compelling option for folks firmly planted in that platform. Alongside the usual bevy of features one would expect from Google, the Pixel tabs also provide some smart home control as well – “access and adjust your compatible thermostats, lights, locks, and cameras.” 

All of this of course joins some AI action (Gemini chat, Help me write, and more), Circle to Search, and the Magic Editor that “makes photo editing easy – AI can change the background, move objects, and more.”
